Composition: Aqua, alcohol, Arnica montana, Melaleuca alternifolia, menthol.
Use: Bony Body After Rider can be applied within 20 minutes after a heavy effort. Add 50 ml of Bony Body After Rider to 10 liters of lukewarm water. Massage it generous in with a sponge. Bony Body After Rider cannot be used without dilution .
